The Magic Flute
by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Mozart’s timeless classic follows the adventures of Prince Tamino and his accidental sidekick Papageno, as they set out to rescue the Queen of the Night's daughter, Pamina. But not all is as it seems along their journey. Armed with enchanted musical instruments, they are challenged through trials and tribulations as Mozart’s music carries them along their path of enlightenment vs. ignorance, and understanding the virtues of knowledge, justice, wisdom and truth and of course finding true love!
TEDrin Talks
Dr. Tedrin Blair Lindsey will be giving a brief pre-show talk on Mozart's The Magic Flute before every performance. These will be held on the orchestra level of the Lexington Opera House, 45-minutes prior to curtain for every performance. Open seating attendance, regardless of ticket status.
