Tours

Guided tours can be scheduled for groups and classes of all ages during museum hours on Tuesdays through Fridays. Tours are FREE but we ask that you schedule them at least 2 weeks in advance. Current tour and activity options are listed below. When you’re ready to book a tour for your group, click the “Schedule A Tour” button near the bottom of this page.

Tour Options

First Impressions (30 mins)
A tour for first-time art museum visitors covering basics of art interpretation.

Full Museum Experience (45 mins)
This tour examines pieces from most of our current exhibitions, linking common themes and artistic elements.

Customized Tour
For specific class or group projects, customized tours can be developed with museum staff to suit your educational goals.

Self-Guided Tour
Self-guided visits allow your group the freedom to explore the galleries at your own pace.

Activities

Craft Studio (60-90 mins) (all ages)
Craft sessions invite participants to get hands on with artmaking materials to create original works. Craft Studio also includes a guided tour. For current craft options, see the tour request form linked below.

One-Hour Art Show (60 mins) (grade 6 and up)
Groups have one hour to put on an exhibition of artwork replicas in our classroom gallery, including curating, installing, and writing wall labels.
