The Wildcat Marching Band debuted new uniforms at the September 6 home game at Kroger Field. The first uniform redesign since 2015 was brought to life by DeMoulin Bros.

Since the launch of the campaign at the Alumni Band 50th reunion in September 2023, more than 100 of our Wildcat alumni, families, and friends came together to supply resources for the purchase and maintenance of uniforms for students. Thanks to these generous donors, we met our $300,000 goal to suit up the entire band.

“Participation was the key to success,” said Mark Shanda, Dean of the College of Fine Arts. “I am grateful to the many supporters who made gifts to the Wildcat Marching Band Uniform Fund. We are all fans of today’s WMB students.”

Thanks go to Provost Robert DiPaolo for a lead gift from his office and two loyal alumni who set up matching gift challenges for crowdfunding campaigns.

"A big thank you for your help in purchasing new uniforms to meet the demand of a growing band,” said WMB director Shayna Stahl. “We are building on tradition, adding to the pageantry of a football Saturday, and on pace to enhance the student experience and the sight and sound of the Wildcats.”

The new uniforms reflect a fresh look that is current in style while honoring tradition.
