Dr. Yuha Jung Expands Role as Educator and Advocate
When Dr. Yuha Jung isn’t teaching in the Department of Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky, she’s helping artists and cultural organizations protect their work in new ways.
Jung, widely known for her research on museums, cultural systems, and equity in the arts, recently expanded her mission by founding Yuha Jung PLLC, a law practice dedicated to arts and cultural advocacy. Her work bridges the gap between theory and practice, combining her years of scholarship with hands-on legal support for the creative community.
In our latest episode of The Beat: Conversations with the College of Fine Arts Community, Jung shares what inspired this new chapter in her career and why she believes the arts need both educators and advocates to thrive.
