Samuel Lockridge, PhD
Samuel Lockridge is a multi-disciplinary theatre artist, musician, and arts administrator. His scholarly research focuses on government public relations using artistic media. He is also a licensed amateur radio operator, instructor, and examiner with real world emergency communications experience. Samuel currently serves as Executive Director of Patchwork Cooperative Loan Fund, a nonprofit which provides low-interest financing to cooperative enterprises. He holds a BA in Philosophy, a Master of Public Administration, and a PhD in Arts Administration.
