Morgan Gilbert

Morgan Wallace Gilbert is the director of the School of the Arts and Assistant Professor of Fine Art at Southwest Virginia Community College and a PhD student in Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky. She is a visual artist with a focus in quilting. She believes Appalachia is a significant arts culture that should be shared with the rest of the world.
