Department of Theatre and Dance
Originally from Pennsylvania, Natalie attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania for her BA in Theatre and later earned an MFA in Costume Technology from The University of Texas at Austin. Over the years she has worked as a Draper, Flat Patternmaker, Stitcher, First Hand, Shop Manager, Dresser, and Costume Designer. Notable companies include; Actors Theatre of Louisville, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, The Louisville Ballet, Creede Repertory Theatre, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, Virginia Stage Company along with work in Film and Television and Fashion Design.
Natalie is a founding member and Costume Designer for the Kid Show at the Creede Repertory Theatre. Now in its 20th year, The Kid Show is a highly creative, collaborative, and free program that provides local youth in rural Colorado with an intensive play making experience. Working alongside CRT’s theatre artists they design and assist in building costumes, scenery, and puppets, while also rehearsing the play they will ultimately perform for an audience.
