Paula Sandford

Paula Sandford holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky. She has 21 years of experience in higher education budget formulation, development, execution, and management. She has served as the Director of Business Operations and the UK Dental Care Plans Manager for the College of Dentistry for a decade. Paula executed the College's $32 million annual budget and managed a staff of four in a centralized business office. She has maintained positions on the medical campus since 1991.
