Student Choreographer Application

The University of Kentucky Dance Program is committed to provide our students with choreography opportunities at the professional level. Our faculty strive to help our students reach their choreographic goals and experience hands on professional choreographic learning from the application process to the final performance.  For the 2020 Dance Concert, Amplified and the American College Dance Association Conference (ACDA), we are seeking a student choreographed work. The selected student will work closely with a faculty mentor aiding the student in the audition process, rehearsal process, costume creation, lighting design and the performance week.

Submission Deadline: Sept. 1
Notification date: Sept. 7
Audition: Sept. 15
Performance Date: March 6-8
ACDA: March 14-17
