STUDIO SEASON - The Most Massive Woman Wins

Written by Madeleine George | Directed by Taylor Crumrine

The Most Massive Woman Wins is a play that follows four women as they flashback through their lives and their decisions that led them to a liposuction clinic waiting room. It is a social commentary on society and the pressure it places upon young women. It comments on that pressure and how it follows the characters as they change and grow and the toxic cycle that begins and never seems to end. This play is essential to present to a modern audience. It is uncomfortable and startling, but it is also, sadly, a reality. It forces an audience to come face to face with the product of their prejudice. A dark comedy that will make you laugh, cry, and everything in between.
