Below are answers to the most common questions the SCFA staff receive. If these answers are not satisfactory or you have a more specific question, please contact us.
Will Call is located in the main lobby of the Singletary Center for the Arts. The SCFA Ticket Office is open Monday thru Friday from 10am to 5pm. The Ticket Office is open on Saturday from 12pm to 5pm if there is a ticketed performance being held that weekend. The TIcket Office opens an hour prior to all performances.
The Singletary Center cautions against patrons buying tickets from non-accredited ticket sources. It is best to only call the Singletary Center Ticket Office to purchase tickets.
There is a strict NO REFUND policy at the Singletary Center.
There are coke products, coffee, tea and water available at the Singletary Center. Chips and other snacks are available, as well. However, no food or drink is allowed in either hall.
All children need a ticket to attend an event regardless of age. Please check with the ticket office prior to purchasing your tickets. Some groups will have a discounted child rate. A child rate is usually for 12 and under.
Upon arrival, please visit the Coat Check area of the Singletary Center if you have any special needs. You can also call ahead to our ticket office if you have questions you would like answered on parking, entering the hall or for assistance on the best place to sit.
Group rates vary from show to show. Check with the ticket office to see if group rates are available.
If you've lost or forgotten to bring your ticket, please stop by the main ticket office and your order will be reprinted at no fee.
Tickets for one performance may be exchanged for tickets to another performance of the same event. No additional fee will be charged.
You will need to check with the venue on the night of the show for photo/video policies.
