Kelsey Loeslie joins the School of Music as their newest Administrative Support Associate within the Schmidt Vocal Arts Center. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Musical Arts degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Kentucky.
A versatile performer of both opera and musical theatre, Kelsey’s recent stage credits include Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins (Leeds Center for the Arts), Julie La Verne in Show Boat (UK Opera Theatre), Annina in La Traviata (UK Opera Theatre), Cupid in Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld, and the title role in Massenet’s Cendrillon. Ms. Loeslie received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Gordon College in Wenham, MA and a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of North Dakota. Kelsey is also a private voice instructor, and a staff singer and music librarian at Calvary Baptist Church.
