Imagining the Worst Case Scenario... Then Doing Something About It

Date:
Thursday, December 5, 2019 - 11:00am to 12:15pm

Join Professor Leah Hamilton in discussing emergency preparedness in the arts.

The increased frequency of natural and human-made disasters, their costs, and a societal shift in liability are forcing artists and arts leaders to think about how they can successfully manage a crisis—be it a fire, flood, or negative publicity.

Join Instructor Leah Hamilton for a roundtable discussion that will engage the imagination with detail-rich crisis narratives and consider the best steps for managing an emergency in an artistic environment.
