The Lexington Singers are experts at Handel’s evocative piece, a tradition spanning over 30 years. This performance features the most musicians on one stage in central Kentucky including a talented corps of guest soloists featuring Lexington’s own Metropolitan Opera tenor, Gregory Turay. A baroque orchestra rounds out the full sound and soul of this holiday staple.

Join the Lexington Singers for a historical celebration of Kentucky’s beautiful and vibrant classical musical heritage. The often lauded oratorio by Felix Mendelssohn will be performed with dedication and care. Joining them onstage will be a full, professional orchestra and hometown legend and Metropolitan Opera National Council Audition Grand Finals winner, Reginald Smith, Jr.
