INTERESTS: Student Activities Board, Creative Arts LLP, singing and acting

Hey everyone! Originally from Franklin, Tennessee, I have been involved in theatre productions since 8th grade. I have held numerous roles such as actress, director, stage manager, and costumes crew co-head and crew chief and have loved every second. I have volunteered since I was a little girl and have held leadership positions at my church, theatre troupe, and other organizations. I like to keep myself busy, and that hasn't changed here at the University! I am a member of both the Creative Art LLP and Student Activities Board and participate in the Department of Theatre and Dance's seasonal productions. I have been a member of the Wardrobe Crew for Cabaret and was Wardrobe Crew Chief for the Amplified Dance Concert. Outside of volunteering and working, I love to spend time with my friends, family, and, when I'm home, my German Shepard and corgi. I love watching hockey, football, and basketball, and being from Tennessee, I root for the Predators, Titans, and not the Vols. I have been singing since I was three and acting since elementary school (but only in the school shows that we were graded on.) I really started participating in the arts in 8th grade when one of my best friends asked me to stage manage a show with him. From that point on, I have fallen in love with theatre and intend to make it my career! At the moment, I am hoping to become a director and actress while owning a theatre company, possibly in my hometown. I love connecting with new people and am so excited to have the opportunity to be a student ambassador! I am always a phone call or text away if anyone needs anything!

REASON FOR BECOMING AN AMBASSADOR

I wanted to become a CFA Student Ambassador to be able to connect with incoming students and allow them to have a familiar face when they arrive on campus. I want students to feel welcome at the university, and I wanted to be a part of that process. Connecting with faculty, staff, and students are a big part of succeeding in college, and I want to help incoming students feel safe, comfortable, and confident in doing so. I also want to be a resource for them whenever they need help, whether that be answer questions, tell them the right person to go to, or just be there to talk!
