INTERESTS: I am particularly interested in community outreach and working with children.
HOMETOWN: Maryville, Tennessee

I am a sophomore from Maryville, TN. I am an Arts Administration major with a minor in Dance. In high school, I trained with Appalachian Ballet Company, a pre-professional ballet company under the direction of Amy Morton Vaughn. Throughout my sixteen years of dance, I have earned many roles, such as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, and Chinese Soloist in The Nutcracker. My freshman year at UK I became involved with and participated in DanceBlue, and became a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. Through my sorority, I am able to give back to the Lexington community by raising money for GreenHouse17, a local domestic violence women's shelter. I enjoy spending time with my friends on Caturdays, eating good food, and dancing, and taking pictures.

REASON FOR BECOMING AN AMBASSADOR

There is nothing I love more than seeing people pursue their passions, and what better way to do that than through The College of Fine Arts? I wanted to bring light to the amazing programs that are offered while encouraging students to continue to pursue the arts in college.
