Amber Mulhall

INTERESTS: I take all kinds of dance classes, but my favorite are choreography and jazz!
HOMETOWN: Louisville, Kentucky

Hey everyone! My name is Amber Mulhall and I am a junior double majoring in Arts Administration and Dance. I am from Louisville, KY where I graduated from duPont Manual via the Youth Performing Arts School (YPAS) in 2017. I have been a dancer since I was 3 and grew up doing competition dance. I've been trained in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, and hip hop. Since coming to UK I've been a member of UK Dance Ensemble and the UK Department of Theater and Dance Concert "Louder than Words." You've also been able to catch me in the student choreography show "Materialized" performing my own choreography. I really love arts administration, especially the conversations that it starts about the importance the arts hold. I love being at UK because it is so easy to double major in two things that I am really passionate about, while still giving me opportunities to reach outside of the classroom and rehearsal space. Outside of the College of Fine Arts you can find me hanging out at the Christian Student Fellowship, volunteering at Southland Christian, and being the Recruitment Chair for the Campus YMCA Congress chapter here at UK. I am proud to be a Kentuckian, a wildcat, and an artist, and I intend to carry these traits with me forever.

I found out about Arts Administration through a CFA Student Ambassador who was working a college fair at my high school. Because of her eagerness to tell me about how awesome the program is, I am now at UK. I am so passionate about arts administration and dance and because of this, I want to tell everybody and anybody about how awesome this college is
