Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Arts Administration

The Department of Arts Administration seeks applications for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Arts Administration.  The rank of the incoming faculty member is open and will be determined based on the candidate’s background and experience.  The Department of Arts Administration is the first stand-alone department in the field in the United States. The department currently offers two degree programs: the BA in Arts Administration and the completely online MA in Arts Administration.  The department values innovation in pedagogical models; the advancement of research in the field of Arts Administration; and collaboration among faculty, students, staff, and community.  The faculty member will teach courses within the core curriculum, both face-to-face undergraduate and online graduate courses as assigned by the Chair, supervise and/or serve on graduate exams and project committees, and advise graduate students each semester as assigned. Pursing a research agenda in the Arts Administration field, the faculty member is required to continually practice, expand, test and/or disseminate his/her professional expertise through research related to arts administration.
