Spring Semester Classes Begin
Enroll in the UKSP!
This year, following up on last year's pilot program, the UKSP is partnering with New Horizons Music of Lexington to offer a unique Adult Beginner class, taught by UK Professor of Music Education Dr. David Sogin, with assistance by UKSP student teachers. This class is truly for adults who always wanted to learn to play a stringed instrument, but just didn't find time. We will offer this class at 9AM on Saturdays in the UK College of Fine Arts, Room 6, and you may study violin, viola, cello or bass. You must have an instrument in working condition. We anticipate a full class, so priority will be given to those over 30 who apply promptly. The cost is $110 for a semester of classes. Download the enrollment form for the Adult Beginner Class here.
